How to Use

• Premium Orthotics: Begin by removing the footbeds in your shoes, if possible. Replace the insoles with the Premium Orthotics
• Foot Roller:
  • Sit on a chair and place the Foot Roller on the floor near your feet
  • Move your foot back and forth on top of the roller to massage the bottom of your foot for 3–5 minutes
  • You can increase or decrease the pressure on the roller as needed

Care Instructions

Premium Orthotics: It’s recommended to spot clean the orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air dry naturally. Do not machine wash or dry
